| Michael BrockMichael Brock, Chairman of the board of directors SuperSonic Imagine, appointed in November 2016, was the CEO of the Danish company BK Medical, a leader in ultrasound technology in the area of urology and surgery. Mr. Michael Brock had been Managing Director and President of B-K Medical A/S at Analogic Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he served as President of GN Otometrics, a subsidiary of GN Resound A/S. In 1979, he joined Bruel & Kjaer, the original parent company of B-K Medical, where he headed the Sales & Marketing Group covering the entire Sound & Vibration segment. He was subsequently promoted to President of the Sound & Vibration Division and was later appointed President of the Environmental and Transducer Divisions as well. In 1997, Mr. Brock joined the GN Group as President of Madsen Electronics A/S, a smaller company within the Audiologic Measuring Equipment business. Under his aegis, the company developed into the world's leading manufacturer of diagnostic hearing and balance instrumentation and software. In 2001, Madsen Electronics was renamed GN Otometrics A/S, one of GN's four core business areas today. Mr. Brock holds a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering, Acoustics, from the Technical University of Denmark.

| Philippe BoucheronPhilippe Boucheron is the co-founder Bioam Funds. He sits on the board of several Biotech of Medtech companies.
Between 1993 and 1996, Philippe Boucheron worked as an associate at BioCapital LP, one of the largest Canadian venture capital funds focusing on healthcare.
From 1997 to 2000, he directed the mid-caps equity research team at ING Barings Ferri, Paris. Here, he spent a significant part of his time following French and European listed biotech companies. In 2000, he co-founded the Bioam Funds dedicated to early-stage life science investments and became Investment Manager, then in 2004 Managing Partner.
After the merger of Bioam with CDC Entreprises in July 2010, Philippe Boucheron joined the CDC Entreprises life sciences' team as Investment Manager.
In 2013, CDC Entreprises, FSI and Oséo merged to create Bpifrance. Since then, he is deputy chief of the Life Investments BU and sits on Bpifrance Investissement's Investment Committee. Philippe Boucheron also sits on the boards of Ademtech, Integragen, SSI, Advicenne, ART, GamaMabs and CorWave. Philippe Boucheron holds an engineering degree in Biochemical Engineering and Microbial genetics from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Toulouse, a MSc in Biochemical Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique.

| Thierry ChignonThierry Chignon has over 25 years of professional experience in the fields of quality assurance, regulatory affairs, the conduct of clinical trials and marketing of medical devices, including nearly ten years of experience as a Pharmacist at within Pasteur Mérieux Connaught (now Sanofi Pasteur).
As director of Quintiles Consulting in Europe, he defined and participated in the implementation of business development strategies for innovative products in Europe. Thierry has worked for 5 years as Expert of the EU Commission to draft "Guidelines and Regulations for medical devices" and presided over the standardization work within CEN and ISO. Between 2006 and 2013, Thierry was involved in creating the first European investment fund dedicated to the Medical Technology sector (with a size of 80M €).
He holds a Pharmacist degree and a PhD in Pharmacy, Thierry also holds a Master in Health Management and Policy from the IEP Paris and the Executive MBA from HEC Paris. Thierry joined Mérieux Développement in May 2014.

| Guy FrijaRecognised expert in medical imaging, Guy Frija is professor emeritus of radiology and consultant at the imaging department of Paris Georges Pompidou European Hospital (GPEH), where he has previously served as chairman. He is also a part-time professor of radiology at the faculty of health sciences of McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.
Prof. Frija is a recognised expert in thoracic imaging and contrast products and has also helped to introduce information technologies to daily radiological practice. Recently, his main area of research has been radiation protection and he has cooperated in the establishment of guidelines and protocols in France.
He is a member of the scientific committee of the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety, co-chair of the imaging section of MEDICEN, a French business cluster specialising in biomedical engineering, and chair of the steering committee of EuroSafe Imaging.
Prof. Frija has served in many leadership roles, notably as president of the European Society of Radiology from 2013 to 2014. He has also presided over the French Society of Radiology for 12 years, turning it into the most important scientific society in France, and the International Society for Strategic Studies in Radiology in 2007.
He was advisor to the French Ministry of Health for the deployment of PACS in the country and is a former IAEA consultant.
Prof. Frija is Doctor Honoris Causa of the University of Montreal, and an honorary fellow of several radiological societies. He was appointed Knight of the French Order of the Legion of Honour in 2001.
He has published more than 175 papers in peer-reviewed journals and co-written 30 books.

| Ghislaine GuedenGhislaine Gueden has more than 36 years of operational experience with US group Xerox, a key player in technologies and services. She held responsibilities in sales, finance, marketing and human resources. She joined the executive committee in 1999 as Marketing Director and as Human Resources Director in 2004. In 2010 she took over responsibility for development, remuneration and social benefits within the Human Resources Division at the European headquarters, in London. In 2012, she was appointed President of Xerox France, where implemented a successful sales policy in a highly competitive environment and implemented great transformations by shifting the company from technologies towards services. Since 2018 she is a member of the Supervisory Board of GEREP, a brokerage and management firm in the field of social protection. She also developed a coaching and management consulting business targeted towards business leaders. A graduate of the EDHEC Business Scholl, Ghislaine is also a certified HEC coach.

| Danièle Guyot-Caparros Danièle Guyot-Caparros has more than 35 years of experience in health-care and life sciences. She worked for 10 years for Coopers & Lybrand (PWC), focusing on the life sciences sector. She then joined Rhone-Poulenc–Rorer (now Sanofi) where she held various responsibilities at an international level in the Finance Department : VP Finance Research and Development worldwide, VP Finance Europe, Head of the Pharmaceuticals Activities Plan. Starting from 2005 she assumed operational responsibilities for Europe (product portfolio optimisation, allocation of resources, price, agreements and licences.) Since 2008 she developed a consulting business targeted towards the life sciences sector and assumes the role of Senior Advisor for Deloitte France in this sector. Danièle Guyot-Caparros is graduated from the Institut Commercial de Nancy as senior accountant. She also holds a certificate of independent administrator from Sciences-Pô-IFA. She has been a director of Onxeo since June 2013.
