SuperSonic Imagine publishes the results of the new gender equality index, as required by the law for the Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future dated September 5, 2018.
Every year, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their website.
The Index, out of 100 points, is calculated based on 4 indicators if the company has fewer than 250 employees:
Indicator 1: The gender pay gap, calculated from the average salary of women compared to men, by age group and equivalent job categories (40 points awarded out of 100).
Indicator 2: The difference in individual salary increase rates between women and men (35 points awarded out of 100).
Indicator 3: The percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave, if raises were given during the period the leave was taken (15 points awarded out of 100).
Indicator 4: The number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten highest paid employees (10 points awarded out of 100).
82/100: This is the index score for SuperSonic Imagine, which is well above the expected minimum (75 points).
Details of the indicators:
Indicator 1: 37/40
Indicator 2: 25/35
Indicator 3: 15/15
