The Equality Index

SuperSonic Imagine® publishes the result of the new Gender Equality Index, as required under the "Law for the Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future" of September 5, 2018.

Each year, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their website.

The Index, scored out of 100 points, is calculated based on 4 indicators if the company has fewer than 250 employees:

The pay gap between women and men, calculated based on the average salary of women compared to men, by age group and equivalent job categories (40 points out of 100).

 The difference in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men (35 points out of 100).

 The percentage of female employees who received a salary increase within the year following their return from maternity leave, if salary increases occurred during the leave period (15 points out of 100).

 The number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the ten employees with the highest salaries (10 points out of 100).

 This is the result of the index for SuperSonic Imagine®, which is well above the minimum required threshold (75 points).
