Customer Service Support Leader France
Responsible for delivery of technical support to French customers:
- Manage direct and indirect service team.
- Manage and implement the preventive maintenance and upgrade plans
- Manage and participate to service contract.
- Installs, upgrades, removes ultrasound equipment hardware, software, and networks.
- Performs first-call remedial repairs of ultrasound equipment.
- Provides on-site support of sales demos, clinical trials, and trade shows.
- Help for technical documentation creation
• Technical College (DUT) (Electronics, Maintenance, …) or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in electronics and computers/Network
• Expertise in medical environment & customer support (ultrasound systems will be a plus)
• Fluent in English, strong communication skills
• Mobile in France
