Shareholders meeting
The next Combined Shareholders' Meeting (ordinary and extraordinary) of SuperSonic Imagine will be held on Friday 26 March 2021 at 10 a.m. at the Company's registered office, 510, rue René Descartes - 13857 Aix-en-Provence. In the context of the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) and the fight against its spread, the Company will ensure that the social hygiene and distancing measures referred to in article 1 of the decree of October 29, 2020, known as "barriers", are strictly observed. The Company may be required to modify the terms and conditions of participation in the Shareholders' Meeting, depending in particular on health and/or legal requirements.
